In case of damage of a vehicle on fault of the tenant, repair at his expense, is kept from the deposit
Charges on fuel, paid roads are not included in price of rent, etc.
At leasing of driver for distant trips, its charges on residing, a feed, visas, etc. are not included; its duties include only the driving no more than 10 hours per day including breaks, idle times and expectation.
If the insurance from damage is not issued, the tenant pays repair of transport at the authorized dealer.

Terms of Payment

The bike rent charge includes: partial insurance against damage or theft, and VAT.
Any form of payment (credit cards, bank transfer, cash).
Prepayment for the entire bike rent term.
A pre-term return entitles to a recalculation.
If the return of a bike is delayed for more than 2 hours, the Lessee shall pay extra 24-hour rent.
The minimum term of the rent of a bike is 24 hours since the cycle delivery.
A pledge of €1,500 or more, depending on the model, is charged for a bike.

Documents required

Regular passport.
A-class driving license.
Foreign citizens can rent a bike, provided an entrance visa or migrant card and an international driving license of appropriate class are available.
Age and Riding Experience.
Age and Riding Experience

A rider must be 21 or older. An exception is renting a BMW K 1200 LT, where the lessee’s minimum age is 25.
In certain cases the contract can be made with a person younger than 21, provided at least 2 years riding experience. The rental charge in such case will increase by 25 per cent. The minimum riding experience is 2 years.

Miscellaneuos

In the case of any malfunction or a road accident we make you a reserve bike available.
The mileage within the City of Moscow and the Moscow Region shall not exceed 200 km daily; a distance run in excess of the limit will be charged extra.
Leaving the Moscow Region area requires an approval of the Company.
A bike can be delivered any time to any place convenient for you.
€50 for the delivery/return of a bike within the city.
The rules stipulate that a bike provided by the Company is clean and fully tanked. Accordingly, a bike shall be returned in time and in the same condition.
If a bike is rented for a long period, i.e., longer than for a month, the rates are negotiated on an individual basis.

Liability of the Parties for a Road Accident

If a lessee causes a road accident (fall, overspeeding, violation of traffic regulations), the bike shall be repaired at the expense of the lessee, and the cost shall be deducted from the pledge. .
If a third party causes a road accident, the bike shall be repaired at the expense of the insurance company.
Worn-part reclamation is not acceptable, if a bike has to be repaired; if any part is damaged, it shall only be replaced.
